INSTRUCTIONS:

The shrimp are breaded with flour, tempura and captain crunch cereal, refrigerated for a couple of hours. When time to serve, they are dropped in the fryer at 360 for two minutes and served with a side of homemade slaw and finished with Thai sauce.
